Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Bethlehem is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

What a kind establishment. Everyone has their own things that allows them to form an opinion and for me itβs the staff getting along, which is the first thing I noticed. I went in for a lunch, I came very hungry. I ordered their French onion soup, so so good. Iβm not sure what type of bread they use but I liked the bread chunks inside the soup, the melt cheese was amazing. I then went with the Calamaretti Pasta, which tasted very good. The French soup was so filling that I had to take the pasta to go in the end. By terrible luck I had left my ID at home so I did not get to try their delicious looking martini/cocktail menu, I however then tried the pomegranate sangria mocktail and it was exactly the taste I was looking for! I was surprised there wasnβt any alcohol in there. Nicole was very kind in her service and engagement, nonetheless I cannot wait to be back for dinner!

Traveling for work in the area, stopped in here because I was here about 2 years ago and I remember having a great experience. I was not disappointed! Food is awesome. I got the Swordfish that was the weekly or daily special. It was great!

We sat outside the front door. Every member of the wait staff who helped us was polite and fun. Alex was our main server and was amazing. Delicious drinks and dinner. Dessert was the weakest portion of the dinner but still tasty and I enjoyed the edition of peanut butter to the traditional chocolate lava cake.

Twisted Olive is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. They have a great bar and restaurant area that is open yet quiet. The artwork is amazing and the lighting is perfect. It's great for dates because this is where my girlfriend and I had our first dinner together in 2021. Veronica, our incredible server, took care of us. She fielded any questions with ease and her recommendations were exceptional. My girlfriend loved her cosmopolitan and my martini with blue cheese stuffed olives was phenomenal. The artichoke and spinach dip was both plentiful and flavorful. The tuna tartare was a bit dry yet delicious. But that grilled octopus was on a completely different level of flavor and texture. Truly fantastic. Whether you're here for lunch or dinner, the menu is incredible. Many thanks again to Veronica for her kindness and for her professionalism!

My partner and I stopped by Twisted Olive for a date night without a reservation and were still able to get a cozy outdoor table- exactly where we wanted to sit. The outdoor seating section we sat is on the sidewalk, which we personally love for the lively, open-air vibe (though it might not be everyoneβs thing). I think there was another section that was more sectioned off/ clearly apart of the restaurant though. Service was excellent from start to finish. Even with outdoor seating, we never felt forgotten- our server checked in just the right amount, was friendly, and gave us great recommendations for both food and cocktails. I ordered the sirloin cooked on the stone, which was such a fun and unique experience- our server even walked me through how to cook it properly at the table. My partner had the pork belly salad, which was incredibly creative and full of flavor. Both dishes plus our appetizer were delicious and the cocktails were out of this world. We also loved hearing a bit about the restaurantβs background.. apparently the owner has a garden that provides some of the vegetables for the menu (donβt quote me, but it was a cool detail!). Everything about the experience th
